Your Child’s Sensory World: CHS & NPAC Virtual Workshop

09/17/2020 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

Virtual Event through Zoom

There is a major connection between trauma, sensory needs, and child development. During this workshop, we will explore this connection and strategies for promoting healing by focusing on the sensory needs of our adopted kids and teens. Children’s Home Society of Virginia (CHSVA) in partnership with the Northern Post Adoption Consortium (NPAC) and the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) is providing this virtual workshop free for adoptive parents.

Our staff will be available to answer any questions about adoption, foster care, trauma, or post adoption support. Contact Post Adoption Social Worker, Anna Yates, for more information at
