Chief Operations Officer
As I prepare to leave CHS, I am filled with gratitude.
I am grateful Nadine gave me the opportunity to be the CFO/COO at CHS and I have had the opportunity to work with her and beside her. She is a special person and I have learned a lot from her.
I am grateful to have played a part in helping children without loving families find one.
I am grateful to have been a part of creating The Possibilities Project and giving youth who had no one to turn to a place to live and get guidance on how to move forward.
I am grateful to all of the CHS Staff and the way they welcomed me and quickly made me feel a part of the team and for all they have done to support me during my tenure at CHS. They are a special group…very loving and kind and smart and committed to the CHS mission.
I am grateful to the CHS Board and the many ways in which they have helped me see the big picture when I was down in the weeds and for the way they have supported me and CHS when they do not have to do so…they are volunteers…with big hearts for children and youth.
I am grateful for having worked at a special place with a special culture. I have never worked anywhere I have felt more cared about by my supervisor and co-workers or where family was absolutely the priority regardless of what was happening at the office. Those are two special gifts that money cannot buy.
I will forever be grateful to CHS. It has truly been a blessing to me.
