Once again, CHSVA is holding our annual Virtual Foster Care Advocacy Day on Wednesday February 1st!
By participating in Advocacy Day, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our advocacy work this year and share with legislators why foster care and adoption issues should be a top priority.
Here’s what you can expect: over the course of the morning of February 1st, you will be paired with a small group of staff, board members, and families to meet virtually with legislators. We will also be holding an Advocacy Day training a few days beforehand to ensure you feel prepared and excited for the day. You will receive the training information only after you’ve registered for Advocacy Day using the link below. By joining our advocacy work, you will directly impact legislative changes this year that will improve the foster care system throughout the state.
